War hits us, war break’s our hearts. But there is something grand about peace! Peace has nearly become an ideal or a distant horizon. Believing that it is inaccessible avoids making efforts, imagination and action. We prefer polemics to debates, we prefer aggression to reconciliation.
Long live to pacifists, who deny war any value! Long live to pacifists, who cultivate the idea of security, tranquility, the assurance of being able to move, work and love without hindrance. Long live to those capable of imagining a peaceful world tomorrow.
