The speed of rotation of 5 supermassive black holes has been measured by NASA and it surely is impressive.
The US Space Agency announced on July 3, 2019 that one of these black holes was spinning almost at the “maximum possible speed,” that is, the speed of light (300,000 kilometers per second). The other 4 black holes rotate “on average at about half of this maximum rate” (150,000 kilometers per second).
